Archy is a full brother to Misty, born in the same litter. But he didn't come from England until he was almost eight months old. He had been bought by someone else and lived with another family that wasn't very good for him so he returned to Moormist. I almost bought him when I collected Misty but he was reserved.
I bought him on the rebound and flew to England to pick up this problem cat. Oh! what a mistake they made! He is wonderful with a fantastic temperment and personality. He has fathered kittens who have inherited Archy's view of cat-life. His sons have also inherited his size - huge. He has several kittens e.g GIC S*Javliners James Thorpe (Isidor) and S*Javliners Iwan Thomas (Prins)
Archy is now a neuter and his interest has turned from females to food. He weighs in at close on 10 kilograms. That is a lot of cat when he wants to watch TV from my lap in the evenings. He is so large that he taps me on the shoulder when I'm in my armchair and he wants attention. Cat life without my devoted Archy is unthinkable.
He is tested PKD-negative in August 2004 at the animal hospital in Skara with 10 Mhz by a specialist vet.
